In the event that you receive a damaged item, please inform me within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement.
Shipping
Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking from USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship orders. Her Cocoa Canvas,LLC is not responsible for delayed or lost packages via USPS.
